Reporting a Non-Conforming Incident

If you observe behavior or situations that may not align with JLT’s values or Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up. Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously.

Reporting an Incident

Speak up. We take every concern seriously.

At JLT, doing good business goes beyond performance and results. We are committed to acting ethically, responsibly, and sustainably in everything we do. This includes maintaining transparent processes and addressing any behavior or situation that does not align with our values, policies, or Code of Conduct.

If you become aware of a situation that may be non-conforming, we encourage you to report it. If you are unsure whether a situation constitutes a violation, you should still submit a report. It is always better to raise a concern than to risk overlooking unethical behavior.

There will be no negative consequences for anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

When should you report?

You should file a report if you observe or suspect:

  • Violations of JLT’s Code of Conduct
  • Unethical or illegal behavior

  • Environmental, safety, or sustainability concerns

Reports can be submitted by employees, business partners, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
